Recently, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Economic and Information Technology released the Notice on Announcement of Enterprises in ‘Four Strategic Groups’ Project 2011 in Beijing’s Software and Information Services Industry ([2011]116). Totally 237 companies were elected. Beyondsoft featured in the group of high-end enterprises.

The ‘Four Strategic Groups’ Project means creating a group of large corporations, gathering a group of corporate headquarters, strengthening a group of high-end enterprises, and cultivating a group of fast-growth companies. In order to promote the quicker and better development of the Software and Information Services Industry, since 2010, Beijing launched the Project to center resources to support large-scale enterprises, new-style businesses and fast-growth corporations.

The software and information services companies in the list of the ‘Four Strategic Groups’ Project are incorporated into the interactive services system of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Economic and Information Technology, and entitled to fast policy and information services from government through express channels.
