Phaneesh Murthy, iGATE Patni's CEO, along with his group visited Beyondsoft last September 23, 2011 to meet with Beyondsoft’s founders Mr. Zhang Rongjun and Mr. Ma Qiang and other members of the management team. iGATE Patni is the global ITO and BPO service provider and one of the India's largest IT companies.?

The meeting became an effective avenue for an exchange of experiences between companies in their own countries. Mr. Zhang Rongjun introduced Beyondsoft and its development, as well as the current situation of outsourcing in China. iGATE’s CEO, Phaneesh seemed to be greatly interested regarding Chinese government's policies on outsourcing with his questions. He then presented relevant experiences of Indian companies regarding team management, organizational structure, and project management. The two sides had an open talk on the dynamics and differences between Chinese and Indian outsourcing market, and discussed the topics of common concern such as rising personnel costs and high employee turnover. He also graciously invited Beyondsoft’s counterpart for a visit to India.

With this visit, the companies hope to lay the foundation for future cooperation and collaboration between iGATE and Beyondsoft.
