- Collaboration in the systems integration business
- Expansion of a production plant
- Pooling local expertise and global delivery capability

T-Systems and the Chinese IT service provider Beyondsoft have agreed a co-operation in the systems integration business. The corporate customer arm of Deutsche Telekom and Beyondsoft are addressing Chinese and European corporations to cover their demand for system application services in China. In the future, T?Systems will pool its consulting and software development business for projects locally to the customer. Beyondsoft is providing support in expanding the production site in Wuhan.

Multinational corporations already procure some of the information and communications technology they have outsourced to T-Systems from China. In the future, key accounts in China will also get better access to worldwide IT services, and their business development and innovation will benefit from the expertise of both companies. “China is one of the most important growth markets. Together with Beyondsoft we want to serve the growing demand in the Chinese market and further expand our delivery capacities,” said Ulrich Meister, Head of Systems Integration at T-Systems, emphasizing the collaboration agreement.
?
Beyondsoft is one of China’s leading IT service providers and mainly specializes in services relating to IT consultancy and application development and maintenance. “We are thrilled to be working closely with T-Systems”, said Ben Wang, CEO of Beyondsoft. “Meanwhile, Beyondsoft can create new services by combining T-Systems’ expertise in multiple vertical industries with Beyondsoft’s well-established presence in China, which will create even more value for our customers."

More and more major European corporations and car manufacturers are building on the economic growth in China and relocating their production and other business units there. Yet they don’t want to relinquish German quality and German expertise in their industry partners. As an ICT service provider with German roots, the Deutsche Telekom subsidiary is therefore also set up for its European key accounts in China, with its own business unit.
?
The agreement was signed in Berlin in the presence of the German Federal Minister of Economics, Dr. Philipp R?sler, and the Deputy Chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, Zhang Xiaoqiang, as part of the first Sino-German government consultations.
