Two IT (information technology) services providers have formed a strategic partnership under the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) between Mainland

Under the partnership, the two sides would build on their complementary strengths: Beyondsoft focuses on software outsourcing services whereas ETIC focuses on e-business services and solutions. Their joint effort is expected to expand Beyondsoft's role in the industry value chain and facilitate the promotion of ETIC application solutions in Asia, particularly in Mainland
