Beyondsoft Certified as Key Software Enterprise

By exceptional performance and rapid development, Beyondsoft has been recognized by the government and expert panels as a key software enterprise of 2005, by the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Information Industry, Ministry of Commerce, and the State Administration of Taxation. Beyondsoft is the only domestic European and North American oriented software outsourcing company conferred this honor. This is a milestone for Beyondsoft to become a tier-one company in the software industry.

Among the 157 companies who were certified, 39 were software outsourcing and service providing companies (14 were in Beijing, 13 in Shanghai, four in Dalian, three in Tianjin, two in Nanjing, one in Xi’an, one in Shenyang, and one in Hangzhou). This reflects the rapid development in the software outsourcing industry. It can also be noted that the outsourcing industry in Beijing and Shanghai had an apparent advantage of market share and development over other areas.

Among the 14 software outsourcing and service providing companies in Beijing, Sinocom、NEC、Hitachi were Japan – oriented, and they comprised 12 of the amount. Only Beyondsoft and Agilent are oriented to Europe and North America. Currently, Japan-oriented outsourcing is still the mainstream in Beijing, but European and North American oriented outsourcing is growing rapidly, and, is showing a healthy development trend.
