Mr. Qu entered into the outsourcing industry in 1988. As an expert in China’s software outsourcing industry Mr. Qu discussed the differences between Chinese and Indian software outsourcing development, advantages of Indian software companies, talent issues, merging trends of outsourcing companies, as well as the opportunities and challenges Chinese outsourcing companies are facing.
