Beyondsoft Appoints Finance Expert as CFO (July, 2007)

BEIJING, China, July 26, 2007 / Beyondsoft Corporation ("Beyondsoft"), one of Asia's most experienced outsourcing service providers, today announced the appointment of Mr. Steve Dai as Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Announcing the appointment, Mr. Ben Wang, Founder and CEO of Beyondsoft, said, "Steve's stellar track record indicates he'll be a tremendous asset in his capacity as Chief Financial Officer of Beyondsoft. We are very fortunate to have him on the team as our global strategy progresses."

With about 20 years' experience in IT and finance in China and the US, Mr. Dai brings to Beyondsoft considerable experience, knowledge and skills in financial management, corporate strategy planning, M&A, and legal affairs.

Speaking about his new post, Mr. Dai said, "It feels great to come back to IT, the industry in which I started my career. Since its establishment in 1995, Beyondsoft has built up a very solid platform in the rapidly growing IT outsourcing industry. Prior to joining Beyondsoft, Mr. Dai was VP and CFO of Airport City Logistics Park Co., Ltd. (ACL) in Beijing. Before that, Mr. Dai held key executive positions at Beijing Great Ocean Investment Group and SSIF, a US-based private equity fund. Before his return to China, Mr. Dai worked for UBS as Associate Director of its Investment Banking Department. During his tenure, he completed a number of significant M&A and financing transactions. Mr. Dai also worked in the IT industry with Tivoli System of IBM, and Zephyr Development Corporation.

Mr. Dai graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA Degree in Finance and Strategic Management. He also holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.
