International Groups Visit Beyondsoft During Trip to China

October 29, 2010, Beijing, China Beyondsoft recently hosted two prestigious groups for company visits at their Beijing headquarters in the Zhongguancun Software Park. On October 15, a groupfrom the National University of Limerick Executive MBA program arrived. On October 29, representativesfrom the Arizona Technology Council visited the company on a trade mission to China.

Both groups took a tour of Beyondsoft’s facilities, including an introduction to the awards won over the company’s fifteen-year history, a view of the dedicated business units, and a company introduction and Q&A session. The group from Ireland had an extended stay, and so were able to tour the grounds of the park. They were hosted by Roger Zhang, Beyondsoft CTO, and Tielin Sun, director of Beyondsoft’s internet business unit. The American group was hosted by Leon Liao, director of the Beyondsoft marketing department.
The EMBA group consisted of nineteen students and four professors. Members represented companies from diverse industries in Ireland, including technology, pharmaceuticals, and banking, from companies such as Curam Software, Alcatel – Lucent, Cisco Systems, Analog Devices, GE Commercial Aviation Services, Bowen Construction, TEVA Pharmaceuticals, Solid State Pharmaceuticals, Bausch & Lomb, EBS Building Society, and the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority.
The American trade mission consisted of seventeen member from diverse industries in Arizona, including government, realty and social networking, from companies and organizations such as Arizona Technology Council, US Department of Commerce Export Assistance Center, Arizona Department of Commerce; Axosoft; iLinc; Phoenix Realty Advisors; Solutions 21; Auction Systems Auctioneers & Appraisers, Inc.; The Frutkin Law Firm, PLC; Phoenix Realty Advisors; and China Direct Group LLC, BPO Advisors LLC.

Questions asked during the Q&A sessions ranged from size, scope and costs of projects to strategic global growth, international presence and talent retention. All seemed impressed at the scale and growth of the IT outsourcing industry in China, and with the depth and breadth of service Beyondsoft covers. Gifts and business cards were exchanged and all parties look forward to possible future collaboration.
