After systematically evaluating six facts including R&D investment, output, activities, resources, enviornment, government and market, the report concluded the top ten competitive software outsourcing enterprises included Beyondsoft, Neusoft, Vanceinfo, isoftstone, and others. The report is the first research analysis on China’s software R&D competitiveness and it is also considerred a supplement to China’s comprehensive evaluation on enterprises software R&D competitiveness.
