Talents are the core competitive factor that cannot be substituted, and only by retaining these talents can companies embrace any hope of recovery. Thus, how to use human resources scientifically to avoid the negative impact of an economic crisis is becoming a crucial issue.

?
In the recent global financial crisis, the outsourcing industry was attacked to a certain degree. Ma Qiang, Executive Vice President of Beyondsoft said in an interview, "Beyondsoft has been making efforts to expand into a new market, promote efficiency to provide better services for customers. Beyond that, the company strived for no layoffs and smoothed the communication channels with employees, so all the staff could see it objectively and work together to face tough challenges. In fact, during the financial crisis, Beyondsoft did not layoff a single employee, but instead recruited talented people including hundreds of college graduates. Besides, the company also allocated a special fund to organize various trainings to create a more stable and harmonious labor relationship."
?
As the economy is recovering, Beyondsoft will also start a larger 2010 Campus Recruiting. It is predicted that Beyondsoft Corporation will recruit more than 600 graduates this year, and it will use a diversified pattern of recruitment. The process of talent identification and staff selection is sure to be more open and fair. The efforts of "recruiting able people without overstressing qualifications" reflect the company’s promise of emphasizing the importance of human capital investment. Beyondsoft will also provide access to international internship programs and training opportunities for graduates.
