Beyondsoft Hosts Its 1st Company Visit of 2011

Beyondsoft recently hosted a group from the University of Minnesota for a company visit at their Beijing headquarters in the Shangdi Innovation Building. On January 13, 30 students from the Carlson School of Management MBA program took a tour of Beyondsoft’s facilities, including an introduction to the awards won over the company’s fifteen-year history, a view of the research and development department, and a presentation by Liao Xin, Beyondsoft Marketing Director.
Of primary interest were the company’s core business and development strategies, global market traction, prospects for growth, and emerging IT outsourcing trends in China.? Students raised many questions during the Q&A session, including the origins of the name Beyondsoft, the difference between Indian companies and Chinese companies, customer service, how customer relationships are initiated and maintained, and the corporate culture that has resulted in Beyondsoft’s three consecutive awards of Best Employer in China.
Beyondsoft began receiving groups last year and has already had several successful visits. The company looks forward to many more this year.
